研究了热处理温度对K65管线钢力学性能和组织状态的影响。分析了06Г2МФБ管线钢在(Nb和V)C弥散点析出温度的间隔中,强度性能和加热温度的关系。在不同加热温度停置后,06Г2МФБ钢的力学性能和耐寒性的变化和显微组织的变化过程、弥散质点的析出与相的转变有关。在保证钢的力学性能和耐寒性的基础上,热机械加工以后具有铁素体-贝氏体组织的厚板管线钢在一般情况下不推荐进行热处理。
The effect of heat treatment temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of K65 pipeline steel was studied. The relationship between the strength performance and the heating temperature of 06Г2МФБ pipeline steel at (Nb and V) C diffusion point precipitation temperature was analyzed. After stopping at different heating temperatures, the mechanical properties and cold resistance of 06 Г2МФБ steel and the changes of microstructure, the precipitation of dispersive particles and the phase transformation. On the basis of ensuring the mechanical properties and cold resistance of the steel, plate-clad steel with ferrite-bainite structure after thermomechanical processing is not recommended for heat treatment in general.
