随着社会主义市场经济新体制的逐步建立,经营环境在变,企业在变,处于企业主体地位的人的思想也在变。做为企业党的基层组织的车间党支部如何适应这一转变,使思想政治工作更贴近实际、更卓有成效?我们的体会是:要做好新形势下的车间思想政治工作,必须在认识上有所突破,在形式上有所创新,概括地说,要做到以下四个结合。
