今年,辽河油田分公司欢喜岭采油厂面对资源接替难、老区稳产难、成本控制难等困难和挑战,沉着应对,认真贯彻落实集团公司和股份公司2002年工作会议精神,创造性地实施了“基础管理创新,增储降本创效”活动。截至今年11月,这个厂超产油气综合商品量25,000吨,吨油变动成本控制在分公司考核指标以内,超缴内部利润5,000多万元。
