国企在改革发展过程中,在员工队伍的管理上,会遇到一面是年轻员工频繁的流动,一面是留下的员工队伍逐渐“老”龄化的问题。在年轻人才可遇不可求的现状下,“老”员工的潜在优势又没有充分认识到。通过家电以旧换新政策的实施成就的启发,思考、探索一个能把“老”员工的主观能动性调动起来的激励政策,更为现实。
In the process of reform and development, the state-owned enterprises encounter the problem of frequent “turnover” of younger employees and gradual “aging” of their workforce in the management of their workforce. The potential benefits of “old” employees are not fully realized under the current situation in which young people can not meet the demands. It is more realistic to inspire, think about, and explore an incentive policy that can mobilize the “old” employees’ subjective initiative through the implementation of the policy of replacing old ones with household appliances.
