作为教育信息化的重要组成，教育资源建设引起了世界各国的普遍关注。早在1996年9月，我国政府就颁布了“中小学计算机教育软件规划（1996－2000年）”，促进我国的教育软件建设。本文回顾了我国教育软件的发展历程，分别从技术方面、教育方面、产业化和市场化三个方面指出了我国教育软件发展的重要趋势，提出：网络技术的迅猛发展为教育软件的发展提供了空前的机遇。
As an important component of education informatization, the construction of educational resources has attracted widespread attention from countries around the world. As early as September 1996, the Chinese government promulgated the “Computer Education Software Program for Primary and Secondary Schools (1996-2000)” to promote the construction of educational software in China. This article reviews the development history of China’s educational software and points out the important trends in the development of education software in China from three aspects: technology, education, industrialization, and marketization. It is proposed that the rapid development of network technology provides the development of educational software. Unprecedented opportunities.
