学校的办学理念和办学目标须有恰当的载体予以体现,课程就是连接学校、教师、学生最好的载体。因此,校长必须积极进行提升学校文化的课程建设。搞好课程建设的关键在于认清教育形势,科学诊断学生的发展需求,设定发展目标并深入研究学校课程整体方案的设计、开发、实践和评价。据此,上海市黄浦区卢湾二中心小学阶梯式智慧型课程建设涵盖基础型课程、拓展型课程和探究型课程,着力于扩展人的智能。
The concept of running a school and the goal of running a school must be reflected by the appropriate carrier. The curriculum is the best carrier for connecting schools, teachers and students.
