对16例高原肺水肿(HAPE)、9例急性高原反应(HAAR)患者治疗前、后及14例刚入高原健康人用放射免疫分析法测定了血浆肾素活性(PRA)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)浓度,发现二者在HAPE和HAAR时均有不同程度增高,而PaO2低于6.665kPa(50mmHg)以下,碱中毒及心力衰竭时可使其明显增高,认为肾素系统在HAAR、HAPE的发生发展中可能起重要作用。
The plasma levels of renin activity (PRA) and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 16 HAPE and 9 HAAR patients before and after treatment and in 14 healthy newborns just entering the plateau. (AⅡ) concentrations were found in both HAPE and HAAR were increased to varying degrees, and PaO2 below 6.665kPa (50mmHg) below the alkali poisoning and heart failure can make it significantly higher, that the renin system in the HAAR, The occurrence and development of HAPE may play an important role.
