The temperature distribution of the element was calculated by the resistance network simulation method, and the location of the hot spot and the temperature of the highest wall surface were determined. The schematic diagram of the component is shown in FIG. 1. The parameters used in the calculation are shown in Table 1. In order to ensure the width of the inside and outside the flow path, the device is placed on the lower end of the star positioning bracket, which has three claws, claws 3 mm wide and 10 mm high.
