目的 观察游泳致疲劳对大鼠血浆及结肠粘膜中胃肠激素的影响。方法 2 0只大鼠被随机分为两组 ,一组为正常对照组 ,一组通过游泳造成疲劳模型 ,14天后 ,处死大鼠并取血浆和结肠粘膜。结果 模型组血浆 Glu明显高于对照组 ,结肠组织中 VIP、 NPY的含量比对照组明显升高。结论 精神疲劳因素可影响胃肠激素的分泌 ,且对结肠粘膜中的胃肠激素的影响更为明显。
Objective To observe the effects of swimming induced fatigue on gastrointestinal hormones in plasma and colonic mucosa of rats. Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groups. One was normal control group, the other was fatigue model by swimming. After 14 days, rats were sacrificed and plasma and colon mucosa were removed. Results The level of plasma Glu in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The contents of VIP and NPY in the colon tissue were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The mental fatigue factors can affect the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, and the effect on gastrointestinal hormones in colonic mucosa is more obvious.
