由于医学计量器具量值的准确性和统一性与人民的生命健康息息相关,因此,搞好医院计量工作,管好用好计量器具,在医疗上保证给医生、护士、药师、技师和科研人员提供准确量值依据,做出准确的诊疗和统计,具有重要意义。我院的计量工作已经制定了一系列的管理制度,并将其做为医院管理的一个重点认真完成,为其计量工作的落实总结出几个步骤:1 计量器具购入依据每年计量器具的报废情况、科室需求数量和库存数量,由计量室提出购置计划,报主管领导同意后便可采购,从而既满足了科室的使用,又能贮备一定数量以防急需。如血压计常因意外情况被损坏而又急用,就可暂从库房借一台新的应急,待原机修复后再将新的归还库房,这样大大方便了科室的诊疗工作。
As the accuracy and unity of medical measurement equipment’s value are closely related to people’s life and health, therefore, do a good job in hospital measurement work, manage and use measuring instruments properly, and provide medical care to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and scientific researchers. It is of great significance to make accurate diagnosis and treatment and statistics based on accurate measurement values. The measurement work in our institute has formulated a series of management systems, and it has been seriously completed as a key point of hospital management. It summarizes several steps for the implementation of its measurement work: 1 The purchase of measuring instruments is based on the annual retirement of measuring instruments. The situation, the number of departments required and the quantity of inventory, the purchase plan is proposed by the measurement room, and can be purchased after being reported to the supervisor’s consent, thus not only satisfying the use of the department but also stocking a certain quantity to prevent urgent need. If the sphygmomanometer is often damaged due to accidents and is urgently used, it can temporarily borrow a new emergency from the warehouse, and then return the new one after the original machine is repaired. This greatly facilitates the diagnosis and treatment of the department.
