本文使用红细胞丙酮酸激酶（ＰＫ）活性定量方法，测定６０例壮族新生儿脐血中ＰＫ活性。ＰＫ正常均值为１０３±３１Ｉｕ／ｇＨＢ。ＰＫ正常值与国内文献报告接近。但比ＩＣＳＨ报告的正常值稍低。ＰＫ活性降低发生率１２％，比国内报道略低。说明本地区不是ＰＫ缺陷高发地区。
In this paper, PK activity of erythrocyte pyruvate kinase (PK) activity was measured in 60 neonates of Zhuang newborn. The normal mean PK was 10 3 ± 3 1 Iu / g HB. PK normal and domestic literature close to the report. But slightly lower than the normal value reported by ICSH. The incidence of PK activity decreased 1 2%, slightly lower than the domestic report. This shows that the area is not a high incidence of PK defects.
