当今社会经济飞速发展,各国间交流频繁,我们的社会文化也呈现出多元化的景象。城市里有广博的人文环境和视觉文化资源,农村有丰富的原生态自然资源和民间艺术资源,本地区又有丰富的客家文化资源,多元文化为美术提供了丰富的课程资源,但在多元文化背景下怎样处理好外来文化和本土文化的冲突,在多元文化背景下怎样实施高中美术教育,是老师和学生共同面临的一个问题。要解决这个问题,教师就要树立多元文化教育的观念,了解世界主流文化的内涵和特点,对不同的文化拥有积极和宽容的心态,才能在教育活动中体现多元文化的特色。本文从课程资源的选择和课程实施两个方面进行探讨和研究。
