《开发利用科技档案所创经济效益计算方法》制定了具有共性的九个开发利用科技档案所创效益的计算公式,对定量计算利用科技档案所创效益提供了正确的方法和依据,准确评价和确立了科技档案在科研、生产及建设过程中的作用。然而有些单位在计算开发利用科技档案效益时出现了负值,究其原因,主要是对成本C值的理解与计算上有偏差。由于利用档案的方式、程度不同,各行业计算效益的习惯不同,在成本C值的计算上千差万别,笔者仅以提供利用图纸(转让图纸或生产用图)
