以转TsVP基因玉米材料为研究对象,采用反复干旱法测定玉米苗期存活率和反复干旱存活率,并对株高、根冠比、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、相对电导率和籽粒产量等指标进行抗旱性考察,通过方差分析、灰色关联度分析,计算抗旱隶属度。结果显示,P<0.05时,关联系数大小为株高>REC>根冠比>MDA含量>RWC>Chl含量,隶属度大小为TsVP5>TsVP6>Y478;苗期存活率受品种和干旱处理次数等因素的影响,差异显著;Chl含量为辅助指标,其他为主要指标;品种抗旱性大小为TsVP5>TsVP6>Y478。
Taking TsVP transgenic corn as the research object, the seedling stage survival rate and repeated drought survival rate of maize were determined by the method of repeated drought. The effects of plant height, root / shoot ratio, leaf relative water content, chlorophyll content, MDA content, relative conductance Rate and grain yield and other indicators of drought resistance inspection, analysis of variance, gray correlation analysis, calculation of drought resistance membership. The results showed that when P <0.05, the correlation coefficients were as follows: plant height> REC> root / shoot ratio> MDA content> RWC> Chl content, and the membership degree was TsVP5> TsVP6> Y478; the seedling survival rate was affected by varieties and drought treatment times The influence of the factors was significant, the content of Chl was the auxiliary index and the others were the main indexes. The drought resistance of the varieties was TsVP5> TsVP6> Y478.
