党的十七届六中全会提出了推动文化产业跨越式发展的任务。省委十二届十次全会提出要把文化产业发展成我省支柱性产业。浙江文化产业面临前所未有的发展机遇。世纪之交以来,浙江文化产业发展经历了四个发展阶段,取得了位居全国前列的佳绩并继续保持稳定发展的良好态势。随着经济的高速发展,浙江省从一味追求工业GDP的高速增长,转移到文化、经济、社会的全面综合发展上,文化产业随之获得新一轮的重大发展机遇。面临“提质增速”关键时期的浙江文化产业,需要进一步理清思路、明确方向、创新路径、落实措施。

Zhejiang’s cultural industry is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. Since the turn of the century, Zhejiang’s cultural industry has undergone four stages of development. It has achieved the best performance among the top ten in the country and maintained a steady momentum of development. With the rapid economic development, Zhejiang Province has been shifting to a comprehensive and comprehensive development in culture, economy and society since its blind pursuit of the rapid growth of industrial GDP. As a result, the cultural industry has enjoyed a new round of major development opportunities. Faced with the cultural industries in Zhejiang during the crucial period of “upgrading and quality growth,” we need to further clarify the thinking, clarify the direction, innovate the path and implement the measures.
