经济的高速发展,促使大量自然人持有股份或者设立公司的现象逐渐攀升;同时由于各种主客观因素的影响,股权的继承公证问题也日益凸显。本文紧紧围绕股东资格与股权的关系、股东继承资格的限制性审查、股权合法性确定、股东与股权资格继承的相关告知程序展开对自然人股东股权继承公证的分析与探讨。
The rapid economic development has prompted a large number of natural persons to hold shares or to set up the company’s gradual rise. At the same time, due to the influence of various subjective and objective factors, the succession notary of equity has also become increasingly prominent.
