目的建立自动化微生物比浊法测定血清环丙沙星(CPLX)浓度。方法以标准血清配制系列浓度CPLX与107cfu/ml标准菌ATCC27853反应 ,在自动化微生物分析仪中测定其吸收度。结果在8~0.0625μg/ml浓度范围内 ,浓度与吸收度呈线性关系(r=0.9950,n=8) ,回归方程为C=9.4020 -22.55A ,最低检测浓度为0.03μg/ml。方法回归率为96 5 %~108.0 %,日内变异系数为2.11 %~9.13 %,日间变异系数为1.99 %~9.72 %。结论该方法为一快速、方便、精确的测定CPLX的方法。
Objective To establish an automated microbial turbidimetric method for the determination of serum ciprofloxacin (CPLX) concentration. Methods Serum concentrations of CPLX and 107cfu / ml standard bacteria ATCC27853 were prepared by standard serum and their absorbances were measured in an automated microbial analyzer. The results showed that the concentration was linear with the absorbance (r = 0.9950, n = 8) in the concentration range of 8 ~ 0.0625μg / ml, the regression equation was C = 9.4020 -22.55A, the lowest detection concentration was 0.03μg / ml. The regression rate of the method was 96.5% -108.0%, the intra-day coefficient of variation was 2.11%-9.13%, and the intra-day coefficient of variation was 1.99% -9.72%. Conclusion This method is a rapid, convenient and accurate method for the determination of CPLX.
