《体育与健康课程标准》中曾明确指出:“应充分注意到学生在身体条件、兴趣爱好和运动技能等方面的个体差异。”这就要求在高中体育教学中,要充分做到因人而异和因材施教,力求使每一个学生都获得有针对性的提升。而分层教学模式正是秉承此宗旨的新型教学模式。鉴于此,本文结合教学实践,就该模式在高中体育教学中的具体运用进行了分析。
“Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard” has made it clear that: “Students should be fully aware of the physical conditions, hobbies and sports skills and other aspects of the individual differences.” This requires that physical education in high school, we must fully do Person-specific and teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes, and strive to make each student have been targeted to enhance. The hierarchical teaching mode is just a new teaching mode that upholds this purpose. In view of this, this text has carried on the analysis to the concrete application of this pattern in high school physical education with the teaching practice.
