目的观察分析加强消毒供应中心管理对控制医院感染的作用。方法 12例消毒供应中心工作医护人员,随机分为观察组与对照组,各6例。观察组医护人员采取综合护理管理,对照组医护人员采取常规护理管理。比较两组医护人员消毒与隔离情况及考核情况。结果观察组医护人员在消毒灭菌知识、基本操作、日常护理工作质量与综合评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组器械清洗、包装、消毒合格率、发放物品不合格率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论消毒供应中心是医疗环境中保证临床操作准确与避免交叉感染的重要环节,加强消毒供应中心管理、实施严格的消毒、隔离与灭菌,能有效地降低感染的发生,对保护医护人员与患者有很大作用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of strengthening the management of disinfection supply center on the control of nosocomial infection. Methods 12 cases of disinfection supply center work medical staff, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 6 cases in each. Conclusion The disinfection supply center is an important part of the medical environment to ensure accurate clinical operation and avoid cross-contamination. To strengthen the management of disinfection supply centers, strict disinfection, isolation and sterilization can effectively reduce the incidence of infections, and protect the health care workers and patients Have a great effect.
