建立了ZLJ-6型机载临时支护装置的虚拟样机模型,对其结构和工作原理进行了详细的说明,介绍了此机载临时支护装置的液压系统及其工作原理。给出了ZLJ-6型机载临时支护装置的基本参数,并根据这些参数进行了相关计算。最后对机载临时支护的顶板进行了有限元分析。结果表明该机载临时支护装置具有较高的适用性和可靠性。
The virtual prototyping model of ZLJ-6 airborne temporary support device is established and its structure and working principle are described in detail. The hydraulic system and its working principle of this temporary airborne support device are introduced. The basic parameters of the ZLJ-6 airborne temporary support are given and the relevant calculations are made based on these parameters. Finally, the finite element analysis is carried out on the roof of airborne temporary support. The results show that the airborne temporary support device has high applicability and reliability.
