加强三线与深圳的合作,实际上是我国东部与西部、沿海和内地相结合的一个缩影。从1980年我国创办深圳特区时,三线企业就开始进入。现三线在深圳的“窗口”企业,年产值已超过15亿元,出口创汇超过1.2亿美元,不仅促进了三线企业的“调整改造、发挥作用”,而且支持了沿海的对外开放和经济发展。一、三线与深圳经济技术合作取得显著成效(一)深圳已成为三线企业在沿海地区最大的“生产技术开发站”、“信息站”和“经营贸易站”。三线企业通过深圳窗口开发了上千种产品,向后方基地反馈了上万条信息,并从窗口引进了国外先进技术和关键设备。以地处贵州山区的振华
