混有少量甲醇的氯仿或混有少量氯仿的甲醇,不能根据其沸点的不同而分开。前者用水洗去甲醇,再加生石灰吸去水,过滤蒸溜之。后者直接加生石灰,过滤蒸溜之。即可将氯仿与甲醇回收。氯仿与甲醇混溶,引起沸点降低,可能是极性分子与非极性分子的互相影响,阻碍和降低了同种分子的引力,因而易于气化,在达到沸点前的温度即与大气压平衡。回收的氯仿和甲醇可重复利用。
Mixed with a small amount of methanol, chloroform or chloroform mixed with a small amount of methanol, can not be separated according to their boiling point. The former is washed with methanol, plus lime absorb water, filtered and evaporated. The latter directly add lime, filtered steamed. Chloroform and methanol can be recovered. The miscibility between chloroform and methanol causes the boiling point to decrease, which may be due to the interaction between polar molecules and non-polar molecules, hindering and reducing the gravitation of the same species of molecules, making them easy to vaporize and equilibrating with the atmospheric pressure before the boiling point is reached. Recycled chloroform and methanol can be reused.
