中学初任教师在入职阶段能否顺利实现由教学专业学生到合格教师的角色转变,不仅影响到他们的职业倾向和职业持久性,而且将会影响到他们整个职业生涯的专业发展模式,进而很大程度上决定他们将成为什么样的教师。在本研究中,作者把教育电视节目当作教学资源,通过设计、开发、使用、评价和修改教育电视节目探索电视教材教育资源在中学初任教师入职培训中最优化设计与实施的过程,给中学初任教师在处理某些类型问题时带来正面的引导和示范并起到正确的示范作用;中学初任教师认同了节目所示范的解决问题方法,并且在遇到相关的问题时,倾向于选择节目所示范的方法;能激发中学初任教师对于将来从事教师职业的兴趣,产生乐于从教的意愿以及从教积极愉悦的情感体验。
