湖南省省委书记王茂林日前在湖南省卫生工作会议上指出,根据中央已经明确的新时期卫生工作的指导方针,今后湖南省卫生改革与发展必须认真做好以下工作: 一、积极探索建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的卫生体制。要充分调动各方面的积极性;建立多种形式的医疗保障制度,形成高效率、低消耗、富有活力的管理体制和运行机制。同时要抓好医疗卫生内部改革,包括卫生管理体制和经营体制的改革,要继续深化,以合理配置卫生资源,调动人的积极性,提高人、财、物的使用效果。
