教学设计理论中动机设计理论的应用研究起步较晚,一直是一个比较薄弱的环节.正如教学设计专家斯皮策所说:“很多人都知道动机对学习的重要性,但常常说不出它是什么以及怎样有效地加以利用.”我们的调查表明,本校的多数教师设计和实施实验教学方案时没有考虑动机的优化.
The application of motivation design theory in teaching design theory started late and has always been a relatively weak link. As the instructional design expert Spitzer said: “A lot of people know the importance of motivation for learning, but often cannot tell what it is and how to use it effectively.” Our survey shows that most of the school’s teachers are designed and implemented. The experimental teaching program did not consider the optimization of motivation.
