先天性中胚叶肾瘤是一种比较少见的肾脏肿瘤,是3个月内婴幼儿常见的肿瘤,约占儿童原发肾肿瘤的3%,几乎不发生于2岁以上的儿童。笔者于2012年10月偶遇1例,现报告如下。1病例报告患者,女,2个月,在产前B超发现左侧肾脏占位。手术所见:左肾大部被肿瘤占据,仅肾下极有少部分正常肾组织。病理检查:结节状肿物1个,体积7.5cm×4.5cm×5.0 cm,表面
Congenital mesodermal nephroma is a relatively rare renal tumor, is a common tumor in infants and children within 3 months, accounting for about 3% of primary renal tumors in children, almost never occur in children over 2 years of age.
