目的:观察降酸饮子对原发性高尿酸血症患者血尿酸代谢的影响。方法:将60例原发性高尿酸血症患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组口服降酸饮子,对照组口服别嘌醇片。均观察2周,于观察前后检测血尿酸、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶。结果:2组患者治疗后血尿酸水平均较治疗前有所下降,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血尿酸比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:用降酸饮子治疗高尿酸血症疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the effects of acid-lowering drink on blood uric acid metabolism in patients with primary hyperuricemia. Methods: Sixty patients with primary hyperuricemia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The patients in the treatment group were given acid-lowering drink and the control group were given allopurinol tablets. Observed for 2 weeks, before and after the test to detect serum uric acid, creatinine, alanine aminotransferase. Results: After treatment, serum uric acid levels in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment, with significant difference (P <0.05). The difference of serum uric acid between the two groups after treatment was significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: The treatment of hyperuricemia with acid-lowering drink is effective.
