近日,山东省文登市人力资源和社会保障局机关干部周君文同志深入基层,到文登市米山镇下铺子村开展了为期半年的驻村蹲点工作。本着“只帮忙、不添乱、办实事、树形象”的原则,人社局驻村干部住在村里、吃在村里,自己解决食宿问题,与村民生活在一起,将自己融入到农村这个大集体当中,帮助老百姓发展农村经济,改善生活质量。
