41年来国家累计对山西农科院投资200万元,创社会效益93.51亿元,按40%归科研单位计算,直接创造的社会效益达37.40亿元,扣除到1990年底累计固定资产5741.8万元,其效益比为1:26.2,相关系数达到极显著标准(γ=0.9417);全院平均每年取得25.3项成果,有19.3项被推广应用,占到76.8%,为社会创益9122.7万元;每个科技人员平均为社会创益13.88万元。成果转化必须适应农村产业结构、家庭商品生产、以双层经营为主的多层次发展和智力型人才开发等机制的需要。成果必须依靠县、乡、村、户和国内外技术市场等多种途径进行转化。
