江苏省公安厅、建设厅近日就加强小城镇消防规划建设工作联合发出通知。通知要求各地加快小城镇消防规划的编制工作。在编制小城镇总体规划时,应将消防安全布局、消防站、消防给水、消防通信、消防车通道等消防规划内容作为小城镇总体规划重要组成部分一并进行编制。小城镇消防规划编制,应当遵循国家有关消防法规,并符合《江苏省小城镇消防规划编制要点》的要求,确
Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department and Construction Department recently issued a joint circular on strengthening the planning and construction of fire protection in small towns. The circular urged all localities to speed up the preparation of fire protection planning in small towns. In the preparation of the overall planning of small towns, should be fire safety layout, fire stations, fire water supply, fire communications, fire engines and other fire protection planning as an integral part of the overall town planning. The preparation of fire-fighting plans for small towns should follow the requirements of the State concerning fire-fighting laws and regulations and comply with the “Essentials of Preparing Fire-fighting Plans for Small Towns in Jiangsu Province”
