发生在喉腔及喉咽部的平滑肌肿瘤罕见。作者报道了1例喉咽部平滑肌肉瘤和3例喉腔平滑肌肿瘤:1例血管平滑肌瘤、1例平滑肌肉瘤、1例癌平滑肌肉瘤。患者早期症状不明显且无特异性,其临床表现与喉癌极为相似,术前明确诊断有一定困难。头颈部平滑肌肉瘤局部复发率较高,治疗应首选大范围手术切除,因早期颈淋巴结转移极少,对亚临床的淋巴结病变可不予以颈淋巴结清扫术,放疗、化疗可作为姑息治疗手段。
Smooth muscle tumors that occur in the throat and throat are rare. The authors reported a case of laryngeal leiomyosarcoma and 3 cases of laryngeal smooth muscle tumors: 1 case of vascular leiomyoma, 1 case of leiomyosarcoma, and 1 case of leiomyosarcoma. The early symptoms of the patient are not obvious and specific, and its clinical manifestations are very similar to those of laryngeal cancer. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult. The local recurrence rate of leiomyosarcoma in the head and neck is higher, and surgical resection should be the first choice for large-scale surgical resection because of early cervical lymph node metastasis. Subclinical lymph node lesions may not be treated by cervical lymph node dissection. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy may be used as palliative treatment.
