1987年2月,鞍钢冷轧厂热处理车间2号吊钳在正常使用中突然发生杆臂断裂.通过钢的化学成分分析、宏观观察,金相检验、扫描电镜观察,断裂过程分析等,找出了断裂原因——由于没按图纸要求进行加工。圆弧处留下了尖角,在此处产生的三向复合应力的作用下,使吊钳杆臂发生了疲劳裂纹,并迅速扩展,最后导致断裂. 作者建议,机械加工部门今后再加工该件时,一定要严格按图纸要求进行,成品出产时应进行探伤检验.
