患者女,42岁。因左侧面部胀痛两天,同侧上下眼睑水肿一天来院就诊。三天前,病人因7纵行冠折在某私人诊所拔牙,行上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉术,注射麻药后左侧颞面部出现一肿块,术后令其回家冷敷,次日肿块未见减轻,并且局部皮温增高,左眼上下眼睑水肿,眼内胀痛,眼球运动障碍,视力下降,头痛加重。体格检查:T 39℃,P 10O次/分,R 23次/分,BP 17.6/10kPa。左侧耳屏前方有一约3.5cm×3cm肿块,质地中等硬度,轻度压痛,皮温高,张口度为2.5cm,7拔牙创血凝块良好,口腔
