近年来,我国非公企业已经成为发展社会主义生产力和完善市场经济体制的重要力量。非公企业当前普遍存在着党的思想政治工作薄弱等问题,更好地开展非公企业思想政治工作是亟待解决的课题。在“毫不动摇地鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展”的同时,必须努力探索非公企业思想政治工作的新路子,以促进非公经济又好又快持续健康地发展。
In recent years, non-public enterprises in our country have become an important force for developing socialist productive forces and perfecting the market economic system. Non-public enterprises currently have a lot of problems such as the weak ideological and political work of the party. To better carry out ideological and political work in non-public enterprises is an urgent issue to be solved. While encouraging, supporting and guiding the development of the non-public sector of the economy, we must make every effort to explore new ways of ideological and political work for non-state-owned enterprises and promote the sound, rapid, sustained and healthy development of the non-public economy.
