企业改革的目标党的十四届三中全会《决定》已明确提出,“建立现代企业制度,是发展社会化大生产和市场经济的必然要求,是我国国有企业改革的方向。”从这一要求和方向出发,下一步深化企业改革,搞好国有大中型企业的目标,就是要争取到本世纪末,使国有企业基本上建立超与社会主义市场经济相适应的现代企业制度,并在社会主义市场经济和现代化建设中发挥其主导作用。从战略步骤和推进方略讲,建立现代企业制度,是我国国有企业改革的方向和目标,
