据上海市计划生育技术协作组的调查,输精管结扎后并发附睾郁积症的占0.53%(33/6203)。兹对附睾郁积症的发病原理及防治方法探讨如下: 一、附睾郁积症发病原理的探讨我们选择雄兔7只作双侧输精管结扎。手术前后采精液检查,证实输精管结扎术是成功的。然后对这些雄兔分别在术后6月、8月、10月、1年及1年8个月取睾丸、附睾、输精管、精囊及前列腺作病理检查。其结果:输精管结扎后6~10个月,附睾头、体部的附睾管轻度扩张,内含精子及脱落的生精上皮细胞,细胞形态均完好。附睾尾部的附睾管高度扩张如囊状,直径达0.2~0.5厘米,腔内精液郁积,但精子都已变性,只见到精子残骸,也没有完整的脱落上皮细胞。输精管结扎后1年及1年8个月者,附睾头部管腔轻度扩张,内有含变性精子的精液,附睾尾部变化同6~10个月。有两只兔子(分别为结扎后7个月及10个月),两侧附
According to a survey conducted by Shanghai Family Planning Technology Collaboration, 0.53% (33/6203) of patients with epididymitis after vasectomy were reported. Epididymal tail of the epididymal tube height expansion, such as cystic, diameter of 0.2 to 0.5 cm, intracavity sperm deposition, but the sperm have been denatured, only to see the sperm wreckage, there is no complete shedding of epithelial cells. Vasectomy 1 year and 1 year and 8 months, the epididymis slightly lumen lumens, sperm containing degenerative sperm, epididymal tail changes with 6 to 10 months.
