随着全国内刊整顿工作结束,成高学报要么获得正式刊号,要么继续以内部资料形式出版,两者都面临改刊,都将以崭新面貌跨入二十一世纪。面对成高学报改刊,编辑部首要任务是进行改刊创新的策划。毛泽东同志在建筑设计上有句至理名言:精心设计,精心施工。不妨借用此活于改刊设计,对于编辑一份新学报,精心设计先于精心施工尤为重要。 一、改刊策划的视线应瞄准期刊市场的空白点
