为筛选出高寒地区青稞田适宜的除草剂种类,明确不同除草剂对青稞生长、产量及品质的影响。采用单因素随机区组试验设计,研究甘南州高寒地区大田条件下爱秀、燕麦畏、大骠马3种常用除草剂对青稞田主要杂草野燕麦的防效以及对青稞品种黄青1号的生长、产量和品质的影响。3种药剂处理后田间杂草野燕麦株数明显降低,同时部分青稞苗有轻微发黄现象,但半月后可自行恢复正常。于野燕麦三叶期喷施爱秀,防除效果最佳,平均株防效达82%,平均鲜重防效达87%;燕麦畏土壤处理防除效果次之,大骠马防除效果较差。不同药剂处理后青稞株高、穗长、穗粒数、千粒重等均显著或极显著高于对照;爱秀、燕麦畏处理增产效果良好;不同药剂处理的青稞蛋白质含量、水分含量、淀粉含量变化不显著。总体看来爱秀处理对野燕麦的防除效果较好,并有较为明显的增产效应且对青稞的品质无显著影响,认为其是高寒地区青稞田较为适宜的除草剂类型。
In order to screen out the appropriate herbicides in the barley field in the alpine region, the effects of different herbicides on the growth, yield and quality of the barley were clarified.
