对北京、南京等7个军区和空军地导、海军场站、第二炮兵等部队共10个单位的2000名30岁以下的男性军人进行了体质的调查与测定,分析了我军军人的体质现状和变化趋势,探索了不同军兵种间的体质差异。结果表明:(1)我军战士的生长发育优于全国同年龄组男性青年的水平,身体素质比1989年有明显的提高,耐力和力量发展较好,速度和弹跳暴发力发展较差,尽管我军战士的体质呈发展趋势,但与外军相比仍存在较明显差距。然而我军战士的体质仍有很大的训练潜力,而目前采用的训练模式可能是阻碍我军战士体质发展的主要限制因素之一。(2)不同军兵种间战士体质存在明显差异。陆军和第二炮兵部队的体质状态较好,空军地导和海军场站部队的体质训练状态较差。要提高部队的战斗力应加强战士的基本体质训练。

However, the physique of our military fighters still has a great training potential. However, the current training mode may be one of the major limiting factors that hinder the development of the physique of our war fighters. (2) there is a clear difference in physique between soldiers of different militaries. The Army and the Second Artillery Corps had better physical conditions, and the Air Force guides and naval station troops had poor physical training. To improve the combat effectiveness of the troops, the basic physique training of warriors should be strengthened.
