吉林省人民政府令第241号《吉林省气候可行性论证若干规定》已经2013年9月10日省政府第9次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2013年11月1日起施行。省长巴音朝鲁2013年9月22日第一条为了加强对气候可行性论证的管理,规范气候可行性论证活动,避免或减轻规划和建设项目实施后可能受气象灾害、气候不利因素以及可能对局地气候产生的不利影响,根据《中华人民共和国气象法》、《气象灾害防御条例》等法律、法规的规定,结合本省实际,制定本规定。第二条本规定所称气候可行性论证,是指对与气候条件密切相关的规划和建设项目进行气候适宜性、气象灾害风险性以及项目实施后可能对局地气候产生影响的分析、评估活动。
