Thoracic laryngeal computer tomography was performed using serial sections of the cat’s throat to observe the true anatomy of the recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN), with an emphasis on its relationship to the surrounding laryngeal scaffolds. Two cats and laryngeal specimens were used for serial sections with a slice thickness of 10 Pm. One throat was taken from each of 20 slices for HE staining, and the other throat for each 15 slices was taken for SevierMunger silver staining. Slice by MTK-68 camera after zooming input KONT
