小导管—硅胶管治疗自发性气胸

1986年1月～1996年1月我院共收治自发性气胸326例,其中91例(102例次)是置小导管—硅胶管抽气、引流使肺复张。本文就硅胶管治疗自发性气胸的优缺点进行探讨,以求在处理上进一步提高。

January 1986 ~ January 1996 in our hospital were treated 326 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax, of which 91 cases (102 cases) is to set a small catheter - silicone tube aspiration, drainage to lung expansion. This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of silicone tube for the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax in order to further improve the handling.
