随着市场经济的进一步发展,全球经济一体化的进程进一步加快,社会市场经济的竞争也日益激烈,这就要求我们的企业不断进行必革,以适应社会竞争。而良好企业绩效评价体系就是一个企业提升竞争力的有效保证。怎样正确认识企业的管理状况,怎样提高企业自身的综合绩效等这些都是一个企业的绩效评价体系要完成的任务。而烟草行业是一个国家专营专卖的行业,烟草行业有着其独特的特征,近年来,随着我国的对外开放,烟草行业在国际化市场竞争中面临着越来越大的挑战,因此,对于一个烟草企业来说,拥有一个良好的企业绩效评价体系更显重要。本文从现阶段我国烟草企业的企业绩效评价体系的现状出发。全面分析我国烟草企业绩效评价体系现状,并对其改进提出一些自己的见解。
