在多层工业厂房中,楼面振动位移幅值过大的现象比较普遍。楼面振动位移幅值过大不但会影响结构的使用安全和机器设备的正常运行,也会影响工作人员的身心健康。因此,研究工业厂房结构动力性能是非常必要的。文章针对某企业烧结矿成品检验室的振动进行了检测与分析,验证了研究的合理性;其次,通过时程分析得到第五层楼面的动位移幅值较其它各层大的研究结果,表明减振措施要从第五层入手;最后,提出了设备底座增加弹簧隔振器和增大楼板刚度的减振方案,结果证明减振效果较好。
In the multi-storey industrial plant, the amplitude of floor vibration displacement is too large is more common. Floor vibration displacement amplitude is too large not only affect the safety of the structure and the normal operation of machinery and equipment, but also affect the physical and mental health staff. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the dynamic performance of industrial plant structure. In this paper, the vibrations of finished sinter finished product testing room are tested and analyzed to verify the rationality of the research. Secondly, through the time-history analysis, the dynamic displacement amplitude of the fifth floor is larger than that of other layers. The results show that the vibration reduction measures should be started from the fifth floor. Finally, the vibration isolation scheme of adding spring isolators to the equipment base and increasing the floor stiffness is proposed. The results show that the vibration damping effect is better.
