结果干预后试验组HAMD(7.34±2.14)分,HAMA(6.98±2.12)分;对照组HAMD(14.65±4.11)分,HAMA(12.67±2.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the effect of stress vaccination on the negative emotions of hospitalized patients with fracture. Methods Eighty-four hospitalized patients with fracture in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into experimental group and control group (n = 42) by random number table method. Both groups received routine treatment and counseling. On the basis of this, the experimental group also received eight weeks of stress inoculation exercise once a week for 90 minutes. Eight weeks later, the results of the intervention were investigated with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and the Quality of Life Scale-74 (GQOLI-74) Questionnaire, and the complication rates and compliance . Results HAMD (7.34 ± 2.14), HAMA (6.98 ± 2.12), HAMD (14.65 ± 4.11) and HAMA (12.67 ± 2.67) in the control group were significantly different after intervention (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in GQOLI-74 assessment questionnaire score (P <0.05). In the control group, postoperative complications were found in 4 cases (9.52%) and high compliance (38 cases) in 38 cases (90.48%). There were 7 cases (16.67%) in the control group and 29 cases (69.05% , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Inoculation exercise can relieve the negative emotions in patients with hospital fracture, improve the quality of life of patients, and make the patients have a positive attitude towards treatment.
