在省教委的直接领导下,近三年来我省的中小学校长岗位培训,取得了显著的成绩。有不少教育学院和教师进修学校,在如何做好中小学校长岗位培训方面,积累了一些好经验。这些经验,对于深入地开展我省中小学校长岗位培训工作,提高培训质量,都有很大的裨益。 一、坚持理论联系实际的原则
Under the direct leadership of the Provincial Education Commission, the training of primary and secondary school principals in our province has achieved remarkable results in the past three years. There are a number of educational colleges and teachers’ further education schools that have accumulated some good experience in how to do the job training for primary and secondary school principals. These experiences are of great benefit to the in-depth development of job training for primary and secondary school principals in our province and to improve the quality of training. I.
