采用ANSYS软件模拟高层建筑沉降后浇带封闭前后的沉降值,进而确定沉降后浇带能在目前施工阶段封闭。采用ANSYS单元生死功能模拟沉降后浇带的封闭与否,分两个时间步分别模拟目前施工阶段沉降值和结构封顶后的沉降值。得出两阶段最大沉降值的差值不大于10.5mm,提前封闭沉降后浇带不会使上部结构产生较大次应力。本文的计算方法及理念对类似工程具有较好的参考价值。
ANSYS software was used to simulate the settlement before and after the closure of the pouring belt after the settlement of the high-rise building, so as to confirm that the pouring belt can be closed at the current construction stage after the settlement. The life and death function of ANSYS unit is used to simulate whether the pouring zone is closed or not after the subsidence. The sedimentation value at the current construction stage and the settlement after structure capping are respectively simulated in two time steps. It is concluded that the difference between the maximum sedimentation values of two stages is not more than 10.5mm, and the pouring zone will not cause a large secondary stress in the superstructure after closed settlement in advance. The calculation method and concept of this article have a good reference value for similar projects.
