交通部组织了“青藏公路工程质量检查组”于1984年7月23日至8月4日对青藏公路格尔木至拉萨段的工程质量进行了检查。参加检查组的单位有:交通部公路局、交通部所属公路规划设计院、公路科研所、兵办、第一公路勘察设计院和青海省交通厅、西藏自治区交通厅、00119部队。并邀请总后勤部和中科院兰州冰川冻土研究所等单位参加。检查组在格尔木听取了科研、设计、施工和养护各单位的情况汇报,沿线边检查、边讨论,采取
The Ministry of Communications organized the “Qinghai-Tibet Highway Engineering Quality Inspection Team” to inspect the quality of the project from Golmud to Lhasa on the Qinghai-Tibet Highway from July 23 to August 4, 1984. Units participating in the inspection team are: Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, Highway Planning and Design Institute affiliated to the Ministry of Communications, Highway Research Institute, Bingbing Office, No. 1 Highway Survey and Design Institute, and Qinghai Provincial Department of Communications, Communications Department of Tibet Autonomous Region, 00119 Troop. And invited the General Logistics Department and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou Institute of glaciers permafrost and other units to attend. The inspection team heard reports of scientific research, design, construction and maintenance of various units in Golmud, examined along the lines, discussed and taken
