受世界金融危机影响,航运业进入了严冬,上海宝钢等大型货运业主却在投资自建船队,似乎与经济学专业分工理论不符。为理性判断和理解这一现象,文章运用经济学相关理论对大型货运业主自办船队的背景和成因进行阐述,在给出其两种发展模式后结合SWOT分析法,认为大型货运业主与航运企业合作办航运公司为最佳模式。不仅对大型货运业主自身发展有益,而且合理规模对散货船东的冲击也在可控之内,也符合社会专业化分工市场基本规律。
Affected by the world financial crisis, the shipping industry entered a severe winter. Owners of large freight carriers such as Shanghai Baosteel are investing in self-built fleets and appear to be incompatible with the theory of division of labor in economics. In order to rationally judge and understand this phenomenon, the article uses the relevant theories of economics to elaborate the background and causes of the large-scale cargo owners running their own fleets. Given its two development modes, combined with the SWOT analysis, the article considers that large-scale freight transport owners and shipping Business Cooperation Office shipping companies as the best model. Not only is it beneficial to the development of large-scale freight transport owners, but the impact of a reasonable scale on bulk shipowners is also under control and in line with the basic laws of the specialized market for social division of labor.
