本文讨论结晶器振动波形曲线选择与确定的技术原则,分析了结晶器振动波形曲线对结晶器振动工艺效果及振动装置使用状况的影响,给出结晶器非正弦振动的极限形式,指出了结晶器非正弦振动形式优化的方向。
In this paper, the technical principle of selecting and determining curve of mold vibration waveform is discussed. The effect of mold vibration waveform on mold process and the use of vibration device are analyzed. The limit of non-sinusoidal vibration of mold is given. The direction of non-sinusoidal vibration optimization.
